When will my order ship?
Nani Bodycare processes, packs and ships orders in 4-5 business days. Your order is shipped via USPS 2 or 3 day from our shop in Virginia. You will receive an email automatically with your tracking information once it ships. Standard shipment times are listed below. Please note that these shipping times are estimates

We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Delivery may occur on weekends, in accordance with USPS shipment times. Please note: Longer than usual order processing times can occur during busy seasons.
If you are concerned with receiving your order to your address due to lost or stolen shipments in the past, we do ship to PO boxes or we recommend that you ship it to a secure mailbox. We cannot replace an order that was stolen, we recommend making sure your address is secure.
We guarantee your order will ship from our shop within the shipping time frame you select, however if there is an unforeseen delay by the carrier due to things like weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we do not issue a refund for the order or shipping cost.
How much is shipping?
For orders $35 and up domestic shipping is free.
For orders under $35 shipping is $5.00 flat.
I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
Please send us an email right away to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can change the address. We will do our best to change the address before it goes out but keep in mind that it is best to double check when entering your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is deemed incorrect by the carrier, someone from our team will confirm your proper shipping address to ensure items are delivered to you properly. Once you confirm and your order is shipped out, if the order is still returned to us due to an incorrect address; we will refund you for the order minus cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Triple check your address when placing an order and if you have any concerns about the address you entered, don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can fix it for you immediately.
What if my order says delivered but I did not receive iit?
If your order says delivered but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office to see if your shipment is being held. Most of the time, the carrier has marked your item as delivered a little too early, in most cases it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all the information we have to help you locate your package, including; tracking number, ship date, and last known location.
Nani Bodycare will not contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our shop the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
Nani Bodycare is not responsible for the refund or reship of any packages due to the following circumstances:
-Held or returned shipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
-Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
-Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed it immediately goes into processing, packing and shipping. Once an order has gone into packing, we are not able to cancel or change it.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order and cannot issue refunds on any orders that have already been processed.
Please check the information you enter at checkout carefully and be sure you are interested in ordering from Anese before doing so as we do not take returns.
What's the status of my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click your tracking number to see the status of the delivery. Tracking your order on USPS will provide more up to date tracking information.
What if something I ordered arrives damaged?
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at email@example.com so we can investigate and replace your damaged or incorrect item immediately.
We can only replace the items that were damaged or incorrect, we do not offer refunds.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns on our items.
How do I pay?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All of our payments are done through a secure payment processor and your information is never shared with third parties.
Do you test on animals?
No, never! Our products are always tested on people before we sell them to you. We love animals, which is why we provide many vegan-friendly options and our company is 100% cruelty free.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since our products are natural the shelf life is 12-24 months.
Do you have vegan products?
Yes! In fact, most of our products are vegan!
